A calm intermediate level arrangement of Holst setting of this favourite poem. Uses lots of musical imagery to paint a picture, but not difficult to learn. Three verses, and I wide range of the harp, though the few lowest notes can be moved for a small harp.

Three tunes associated with this 19th century "cradle song" are arranged in tandem with a short melody between them. The first setting is suitable for advanced beginners and the second for intermediate play, but you can happily stop after the first section, or continue to the end for a longer piece. Great for musical meditation, background music

A great tune - one of my all-time favourites, here in a full 3 verses with coda. It is found in the Sacred Harp collection of hymn tunes from the American south. This is an early intermediate or advanced beginner arrangement, but one I play all the time for background music, wedding, funerals, church. Calming and beautiful.
